December Update

Hello sportsmen,

First of all, thank you all by joining the MeadWestvaco Mont Ventoux Challenge. When I was thinking to do this I had no idea if there where more people who would like to do this. Well it seems that there are some. At this moment I have the confirmation forms of 15 people of MeadWestvaco and I think there are some more who will come, they probable forgot to send in the form. I already took contact to them.

Beside the MeadWestvaco members there was a question of some people who work for MeadWestvaco in Hemer Germany if they could also join. I told them that this would be possible because I can not tell anybody that he is not allowed to go to the Mont Ventoux, so they will be there too. Names are:

At this time I'm working on the reservation of the hotels. I found one in Sault which has 13 rooms available and they can help us with more rooms in the same town. If somebody wants to share a room with a colleague then he has to tell this to me as soon as possible, this will be cheaper if you like this.
